Dr. Ahmed Bakhsh is a highly experienced neurosurgeon with more than three decades of professional practice in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He obtained his MBBS (1984) from the University of Punjab, Lahore, and later completed his M.S. (Neurosurgery, 2000) from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He has served as Specialist and Assistant Consultant Neurosurgeon at leading hospitals in Riyadh and Al-Khobar, KSA, and has held faculty positions at Shifa College of Medicine, Foundation University, and other medical institutions in Pakistan.
Dr. Bakhsh has published extensively in reputed journals, with research focusing on spinal tuberculosis, lumbar disc surgery outcomes, hydrocephalus, spinal trauma, and neuroimaging in epilepsy. He has also authored a book on infantile hydrocephalus and contributed to international collaborative studies, including the COVIDSurg and GlobalSurg projects.
He is an active member of the neurosurgical academic community, having presented at numerous international conferences, attended advanced surgical workshops, and contributed as a reviewer for global journals.
